Hi everyone, I’m an OBGYN SR 🙋♀️ seeking some practical guidance regarding Repatha (evolocumab) access in India for my father. He is a 64-year-old male who recently underwent left main coronary stenting and is currently on maximally tolerated medical therapy (rosuvastatin + ezetimibe + DAPT etc).
I've been diagnosed with 2 soft plaques (one in my heart at 35% stenosis and one in my right carotid at 45% stenosis) back in early July. Calcium score is 0. My cardiologist immediately put me on Rosuvastatin+Ezetimibe 20+10, Colchicine 1mg and Aspirin 100mg; I was taking them religiously for 8 week
